Returns and Refunds – No Hassles, Just Good Beer

We want you to love every drop of Smack! If something’s off, let us know. For non-beer merchandise, return items in original packaging to:

Refund Process

• Merchandise Returns: Return shipping is on you unless the item is faulty. Once received, we’ll process your refund minus shipping costs.
• Faulty Goods: If your beer or merchandise is faulty, we’ll cover the courier fee and ensure you get a fresh replacement or refund.
